Electra Guitar อีกหนึ่งแบรนด์ที่เป็นการร่วมมือกันระหว่าง Ben Chafin (หัวหน้าช่างกีตาร์ของ Dean เจ้าของ Chafin Custom Guitars ) และ Mick Donner ( เคยทำงานให้กับ Dean, Gibson, Peavey Electronics, Parker Guitars

ทั้งคู่ได้ออก Model รุ่นใหม่ the Phoenix S ซึ่งพัฒนามาจากรุ่น Phoenix X110 โดย the Phoenix S จะมีความวินเทจ

สเป็คมีดังนี้
- a swamp ash body,
- 25.5” scale maple C shape bolt on neck,
- 12” radius maple fretboard
- 22 jumbo frets, black dot inlays,
- GraphTech Tusq nut.
- The three Electra MagnaFlux SC single coil configuration teamed with the Electra Analog Tone Blend control allows for any and all combinations of the three pickups,
- the standard 5-way switch. It has Hipshot inline tuners
- a vintage style tremolo bridge
- available in either Trans Black or Sunburst.
